A hydrating toner with niacinamide (20,000ppm), panthenol (20,000ppm), hydrolysed collagen, three callus extracts and peptides.
Niacinamide and panthenol are each stated at 20,000ppm, followed by hydrolysed collagen and three plant callus extracts, including lavender and edelweiss. Capryloyl salicylic acid, adenosine, ectoin, rose water, centella, ceramide NP and six peptides complete the formula. How to Use
