Cosmogangnam offers free shipping on orders over $80 USD to 64 countries across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, the Americas, Oceania and Africa.

Asia & Middle East: Cambodia, China, Hong Kong SAR, India (excluding Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep), Indonesia (excluding Bangka Belitung and Riau Islands), Japan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Mongolia, Pakistan, Philippines (Metro Manila, Cebu, Batangas and Pampanga only), Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Vietnam

For all other countries and regions, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

If you wish to change your order for replacement items, you can return the original items within 30 days of purchase.

However, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. All parts and products must be returned in new condition, including the original packaging.

What if my parcel is not picked up or customs clearance is not completed?

If a parcel is not picked up by the client or if customs clearance is not completed, resulting in the parcel being returned, we will refund only the product cost. Shipping fees and transaction fees are non-refundable under these circumstances.

Will I have to pay any additional taxes or fees on my order?

United States: No. For orders shipped to the United States, all U.S. import duties and customs fees are included in the price you see on our website. The price you pay at checkout is the final price, with no surprise fees at delivery.

Other countries: Import duties, VAT and other local taxes depend on the customs rules of your destination country, which may change from time to time. Where these charges are not included in our price, they may be collected by your local customs office or the courier when your parcel arrives. If you have any questions about duties for your country, please contact us before placing your order.

If a parcel is returned because duties or taxes were not paid, we refund the product cost only. Shipping and transaction fees are non-refundable.
