A hydrating toner with niacinamide fourth in the list, plus two forms of vitamin C, glutathione, panthenol and betaine.
Niacinamide sits fourth in the list, followed by glyceryl glucoside, betaine and panthenol. Sparassis crispa (cauliflower mushroom) extract, sodium hyaluronate, allantoin and adenosine add hydration and comfort, and ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbyl phosphate, glutathione and centella, lemon and broccoli extracts complete the formula. How to Use
