Artemisia capillaris extract replaces water as the first ingredient (85% according to the brand), with niacinamide second. Capryloyl salicylic acid (LHA), allantoin, centella, tea tree, green tea and neem extracts, panthenol and sodium hyaluronate follow, with small amounts of lactic and glycolic acid. The base is artemisia, not an acid. Capryloyl salicylic acid (LHA) is one of the gentler exfoliating acids, and lactic and glycolic acid appear only in small amounts later in the list, alongside allantoin and panthenol.
