An artemisia-based toner with gluconolactone (PHA), capryloyl salicylic acid (LHA) and fruit extracts.
Artemisia capillaris extract replaces water as the first ingredient. Gluconolactone (a PHA), capryloyl salicylic acid (an LHA) and willow bark offer gentle surface exfoliation, with papaya and pineapple fruit extracts, panthenol, allantoin and sodium hyaluronate.
