A silky emulsion essence with scutellaria baicalensis root, peony root, witch hazel and centella asiatica.
Scutellaria baicalensis root extract sits seventh in the list, followed by peony (Paeonia suffruticosa) root extract, sodium hyaluronate and witch hazel. Beta-glucan, willow bark, allantoin, centella asiatica, ceramide NP and a little tea tree leaf oil complete the formula, and silicones give it a smooth glide.
