Sea buckthorn water replaces most of the water, with niacinamide, 3-O-ethyl ascorbic acid (a stable vitamin C derivative) and gluconolactone, a gentle PHA. Adenosine and lemon peel ferment complete the formula. It contains palmarosa and citronella oils. Selected by our in-house pharmacist after a full ingredient review.
