For: Dullness and Fine Lines, Together
A pharmacist-selected liposome essence, formerly Incellderm Radiansome Ampoule.
Dullness and fine lines tend to arrive together, and most serums pick one. An essence that addresses both keeps the routine short.
ICD RADIANSOME™100 Microfluidizer Essence · 50ml
Niacinamide, adenosine and ectoin in microfluidized liposomes.
Formerly sold as Incellderm Radiansome™100 Microfluidizer Ampoule. Niacinamide and adenosine, carried in liposomes made from hydrogenated lecithin, cholesterol and plant sterols. Centella asiatica leaf water forms the base, with squalane, sodium hyaluronate, ceramide NP, ectoin and a lactobacillus ferment. No fragrance is listed. Selected by our in-house pharmacist after a full ingredient review.
What You Feel First
Within 10 Minutes
Spreads smoothly and absorbs into a soft, comfortable finish.
Next Morning
Skin looks brighter and feels more supple.
The Concern We Hear Most
"Do I need the essence if I already use the cream?"
You don't have to, but the essence is the most concentrated step of the line. If dullness and fine lines are your main concern, essence plus cream does more than the cream alone. If you want just one product, choose the cream.
Week by Week
Days 1–3
Skin feels soft and hydrated.
Week 1
Skin looks brighter in the morning.
Week 2
Tone looks more even and texture smoother.
Week 4
Fine lines look softer and skin looks more radiant. Individual results may vary.
The Ingredients Behind It
Niacinamide
Skin-conditioning ingredient listed in the INCI.
Adenosine
Skin-conditioning ingredient listed in the INCI.
Ectoin
A moisture-binding ingredient that helps skin feel comfortable and resilient.
Liposome Lipids
Hydrogenated lecithin, cholesterol and plant sterols form microfluidized liposomes around the key ingredients.
Skin Type Fit
The Concentrated Step
In a three-step routine, the essence is where most of the work happens. In the facial room, practitioners use it as the active step of a brightening facial once the skin is ready.
When dullness and fine lines are both on your list, start here.
Why Our Pharmacist Chose This
"Same liposome system as the cream, in a lighter, more concentrated step, with ectoin added for comfort. No fragrance is listed."
