For: Dull, Dry-Feeling Skin Losing Its Bounce
A pharmacist-selected liposome cream, formerly Incellderm Radiansome, registered in Korea for brightening and wrinkle care.
Rich creams can sit on top of the skin; light ones can disappear by noon. When skin looks dull and feels less bouncy, a cream needs to carry its key ingredients well and still feel like a cream.
ICD RADIANSOME™100 Microfluidizer Cream · 50ml
Niacinamide and adenosine carried in microfluidized liposomes, in a centella leaf water base.
Formerly sold as Incellderm RADIANSOME™100 Microfluidizer Cream. Hydrogenated lecithin, cholesterol and plant sterols form microfluidized liposomes around niacinamide and adenosine, the ingredients behind its Korean MFDS functional-cosmetic registration for brightening and wrinkle care. Centella asiatica leaf water forms the base, with squalane, ceramide NP, panthenol, polyglutamic acid and a lactobacillus ferment. No fragrance is listed. Selected by our in-house pharmacist after a full ingredient review.
What You Feel First
Within 10 Minutes
Absorbs into a soft, silky finish without a heavy film.
Next Morning
Skin looks more radiant and feels supple on waking.
The Concern We Hear Most
"What does microfluidizer mean, and does it matter?"
Microfluidization is a high-pressure process that makes very small, uniform liposomes from lecithin and skin-like lipids. Here they carry niacinamide and adenosine, and the same lipids (cholesterol, plant sterols, ceramide NP) help skin feel soft and supported. It is a delivery choice, and it is why the cream feels light for how rich it is.
Week by Week
Days 1–3
Skin feels soft and comfortable after each use.
Week 1
Skin looks more radiant in the morning.
Week 2
Tone looks more even.
Week 4
Skin looks firmer and fine lines look softer. Individual results may vary.
The Ingredients Behind It
Niacinamide
The brightening ingredient behind the Korean functional-cosmetic registration, for a more even-looking tone.
Adenosine
The wrinkle-care ingredient behind the registration, for smoother-looking skin.
Liposome Lipids
Hydrogenated lecithin, cholesterol and plant sterols form microfluidized liposomes and help skin feel soft.
Centella & Ceramide NP
Centella leaf water, ceramide NP, squalane and panthenol for a comfortable, supported feel.
Skin Type Fit
The Last Step That Still Works
Most moisturisers only seal in what came before. This one carries its own registered brightening and wrinkle-care ingredients, so the last step of your routine is an active one too. In the treatment room, it closes a brightening facial once the skin is ready.
When you want one cream for radiance, softness and fine lines, this is it.
Why Our Pharmacist Chose This
"The liposome system is the real reason to choose this cream: lecithin and skin-like lipids carrying niacinamide and adenosine, with no listed fragrance."
