Sea water, glycerin and plant oils in a cream that hydrates and cushions at once.
Sea water is the second ingredient, followed by glycerin and a blend of emollients including jojoba seed oil, squalane and shea butter. The Concern We Hear Most
"Will a cream with plant oils feel heavy on my skin?"
This is a moisturising cream, so it is richer than a gel. Jojoba seed oil and squalane are commonly chosen because they feel lighter than heavier butters. If your skin is oily, use a thin layer or keep it for drier areas. For dry skin, water-binding glycerin together with these emollients is exactly the point.

No. Collagen is not on the ingredient list. The Ocean name refers to the sea water and kelp extract in the formula.

How to Use

2Take a pea-sized amount.
3Warm between fingertips and press gently over face and neck.
