Niacinamide sits seventh in the list, joined by panthenol, aluminum sucrose octasulfate and adenosine. Hydrolyzed sponge (bio-spicule) gives a light tingle, while madecassoside, asiaticoside, ceramide NP, sodium DNA and three peptides keep the feel comfortable.
