For: Dull Skin That Drinks Up Watery Toners
A pharmacist-selected milky toner, formerly Incellderm Radiansome Essential Toner.
Watery toners hydrate for a moment and evaporate. Dry, dull skin often needs its first step to leave something behind.
ICD RADIANSOME™100 Microfluidizer Toner · 100ml
A milky toner with niacinamide, adenosine, squalane and liposome lipids.
Formerly sold as Incellderm RADIANSOME™100 Microfluidizer Essential Toner. Centella asiatica leaf water forms the base. Niacinamide and adenosine. Hydrogenated lecithin, squalane, hydrogenated polydecene and phytosteryl macadamiate give it a milky, cushioning feel, with hydroxypropyltrimonium hyaluronate, panthenol and a lactobacillus ferment. No fragrance is listed. Selected by our in-house pharmacist after a full ingredient review.
What You Feel First
Within 10 Minutes
Skin feels cushioned and moisturised, not just damp.
Next Morning
Skin looks smoother and serums layer more evenly.
The Concern We Hear Most
"Why is this toner milky?"
The lipids (squalane, lecithin and plant sterols) make it a milky toner rather than a watery one. That is the point for dry and dull skin: the first step leaves moisture and softness behind instead of evaporating. Oily skin may prefer a thin layer.
Week by Week
Days 1–3
Skin feels softer straight after toning.
Week 1
Serums and creams layer more smoothly.
Week 2
Tone looks brighter and more even.
Week 4
Skin looks smoother and more radiant. Individual results may vary.
The Ingredients Behind It
Niacinamide
Skin-conditioning ingredient listed in the INCI.
Adenosine
Skin-conditioning ingredient listed in the INCI.
Squalane & Lecithin
Lipids that give the toner its milky, cushioning feel.
Centella & Hyaluronate
Centella leaf water and hydroxypropyltrimonium hyaluronate for lasting hydration.
Skin Type Fit
The First Active Step
Most toners only prepare the skin. In the facial room, it can be pressed in after cleansing to prepare the skin for a facial.
If watery toners leave your skin wanting more, this is the upgrade.
Why Our Pharmacist Chose This
"It is closer to a light emulsion than a toner, which suits dry and dull skin well. Niacinamide and adenosine are both in the list, and there is no listed fragrance."
